Auto-Fit always gives unsupported

When ever I try to use a M4 item on a genesis figure I always get an unsupported error.  I purchased the Gen 3 Iconic Shapes for Genesis and I still get the error when trying to use A3 items.  I have the genesis figure in a seperate runtime folder then the M4 or A3. I had the Gen 3 Iconic Shapes for Genesis install the to runtime that holds the Genesis figure.  Has anyone else had this problem?

Do you see anything in Smart Content, Content Library > Categories, or Content Library > Products?

Yes I do. For somethings.  I did notice that Categories->People I do not have anything listed.  Alot of the products that I have, were installed manually or using the old exe.  I have very few products that were installed using the install manager. Does that make a difference?

I just verified.  The genesis starter was installed using the install mangaer, but my M4, products were not.

Can you post a screen shot of you Content Directory Manager (Preferences > Content Library > Content Directory Manager) with all the formats fully expanded? 

Also can post something showing your actual content install location(s)?

Okay, from DIM a screenshot of the Settings > Installation tab.

And you can check where each item installed by DIM actually resides on your computer by selecting the item from the Installed tab and hitting the File List button.
