V4.2 Wearing Boots Poses?

Hello,

There are lots of pose collections for V4.2. But has anyone seen one that focuses on poses for her where she is wearing boots with heels? "Regular" poses tend to mess up the foot orientation for boot wear.

Mostly boots are coming with a special Boot pose ... so first use your regular pose and then move to the folder with the Boot pose and apply that.

Very important: once you've applied that pose, lock the toes (and consider locking the feet as well).  Then the subsequent poses do not alter these positions.  This works great for V4.2, but I have had some problems with G3F.  Anyone figure out a foolproof method for her?
