Soul Warrior Texture Issues

I've been playing with Soul Warrior from Ghostman and Pixeluna (RuntimeDNA). I did the DIM install, but thought there might be an issue with it since the mat files in Poses wasn't working. I figured my manual install and DIM were conflicting, so I uninstalled it form DIM and manually removed everything so it was clean. After a reinstall wtih DIM, I'm still having a problem with mat files not working.
First, the metal textures are wildly off. Secondly, I'm unable to apply any textures from the Pose folder in the Runtime location to any of the Soul Warrior items. I verified that the texures are where they are supposed to be, but they won't apply when double-clicked. I just tried it in Poser Pro 2014 and it seems to work there, so I'm kinda baffled.
Anyone know what I might be doing wrong?

Are the materials pz2 or mc6 (assuming there are no native DS settings)? It could be that they are using advanced Poser Material Room settings which DS won't read.
They are all PZ2 files. I bought the item in May of 2015, but Daz recently updated it in their DIM. The PZ2 files show a May 2015 date on them, so they appear orignal.
Could still be Poser-only materials, I will ask.
In fact it does say "Poser Custom Material Presets (.PZ2)" so that will almost certainly be it. However, it does also list DS as a compatible application.
I looked at the materials in the textures folder. I can add them manually, but it takes much longer. Guess when they created them that had an extra few items in there that keep it from behaving in Studio correctly. Oh, well... might take longer, but still worth it. Love the outfit.
