melaniel... thanks for your comment on my image... As a matter of fact, I created the character from M4 of Narcissus for another image I did a couple of years ago that I used in this image...
...really like your Sundowners image... very relaxing..
vos... thanks for your comment... I guess that serious contemplation can appear to be sad... and in truth, Narcissus was a rather tragic character, being cursed to love only his own reflection...

I think this will be my only entry this time... I have been working on another one that isn't coming together as quickly as I hoped... We'll see

Thanks for your comment, mtnmen - shame you won't have time for another entry. (I'm beginning to think I'm going to run out of time for another entry too)

Jamahoney - very well done. Jupiter's eye is watching her. laugh

Ah, cheers, Mtnmen, Adbc and Horo, for the nice comments.

I think real credit is due to the modellers (of space station, jupiter map and model etc.,), as when working with such good ones, you just can't go wrong. My only contribution, really, was in setting up the lighting, shadows...etc., but I still wish I was at [that] window wink

vos : fantastic colours and light !

  • HansmarHansmar Posts: 2,932

@Vos, Thanks! Light and colour is a fantastic colourful and creative scene.

@Jamahoney: Very nice indoor spacy render. I'm not really convinced by the folds in the sheets, but the setup and lighting of the scene are great.

  • JamahoneyJamahoney Posts: 1,791

Yeah, agree with you, Hansmar, on the sheets...they look a bit too sharp and creased. But, you see, bed materials in the future will have been carbon-fibrerised, so we're talking about a whole new concept in sleep apparel...heh he cheeky.

@mermaid010: Wow, what an explosion of colours!

@Jamahoney: Carbon fiberized sheets for bedding? You must be kidding. In the future, carbon fibre is so outdated! cheeky

  • adbcadbc Posts: 3,115

    mermaid010 : That's a very original idea, great colours.

  • HoroHoro Posts: 10,643

Mermaid - very shiny and colourful, a real neon city.

@mtnmen: not quite sure what I'm seeing there in the jar, but the machine looks marvelous. And surely good colours and light!

  • HoroHoro Posts: 10,643

mtnmen - great, looks like Leo in the jar. Great idea and superbly done.

Jamahoney - that's quite a view! I like your colour scheme very much. (I think I'd prefer old-fashioned fabric sheets myself though wink)
vos - that head has a very surreal quality, and again lovely colours.
    mermaid010 - wow, that's one colourful scene!
mtnmen - interesting scene, put me on the list for a home use machine! (and I'm glad to see you did get another entry together in time)

Well, I was hoping to get a "real" scene together in time, but I failed. It's my husband's birthday tomorrow so I need to spend a little time with him (day out) so today was my last chance. I've been playing with a few simple abstracts, so I thought I might as well post one of those in my final entry slot.
