Head Shop Plug-In

I've been a user of Daz Studio for about 3 years now and I would consider myself a novice user level.  I recently bought the plug-in for Daz Studio, Head Shop 9.0.  The plug in is nice but their tech support just sucks for any sort of help.  I get a basic response "sent from I-phone" watch video chapter one and this tab or Front tab.  I was wandering if there are any Daz Studio users that are pretty skilled with this plug in.  I have just about got the basics down, but the part I am confused about is applying the side view of the face onto the model.    Any help would be great appreciated.

    In my experience the side view feature is VERY buggy.
