I'm on windows where does my daz studio launcher create an icon at and what happens if you do not finish completeing the content bacause seriously one of my contenet is refusing to install at the install manager

Do you have Photoshop? If not you don't need, and couldn't use, the Photoshop Bridge.
If you do have as uitable version of Photoshop (not Elements, at least CS4) you can use the bridge, though not having it installed wouldn't break anything - you will need to tell the Install manager where your copy of Photoshop is installed. Click the gear icon at top-right of the Install Manager window to open Preferences, then go to the Applications tab. Click the + button to add a new application. Set the name to Adobe Photoshop, set the version and bits, then click the ... button and select the folder that contains the Photoshop application. Click Accept back to the main Install Manager window and you should now be able to install the Bridge.
