I have NO PRESETS what so ever. WHY?

I just downloaded and installed DAZ 4.5. However, I have tried everything to figure out where my presets went. when I load DAZ, there are no files, products, nothing displayed on the smart content tab. I have learned that the problem might be with my Content Directory. I checked everything to see if it is set to standard, but I still don't see my presets, not even the icons.

    Did you Install the Genesis Starter Essentials? It holds the Default Content now, must be installed.

    Also double check that the Content Manager is running. Mine shuts down every now and then for no obvious reason.
