Buy It All Bonus Items

Thank you for your patience. If you purchased all the Buy It All Bonus Items, emails will go out starting Monday November 5th 2012, asking for your Bonus Choice.
Customers who purchased all the BIA Bonus Category Items, will receive a bonus choice option for free. If you have purchased all of the qualifying items please respond to the e-mail with your choice of bonus item and it will be placed into your account by DAZ Customer Service.
If you believe you qualify for the bonus but don’t receive the email please check your Order History to make sure you didn’t miss one or more of the required items, and check your spam filters to ensure the email hasn’t been wrongly discarded.

Wow, this is nice to hear. I figured we'd have to wait 30 days, to make sure we didn't return any of the items.
Thank you! This is a lot faster than I expected as other posts said there would be a 30 day wait.
Can't now find the link to the Buy It All page to check that all the required items have been purchased.

If you did not receive an email for the Buy It All Bonus, you were missing one or more items. You can contact Sales Support to find out your individual situation.
DAZ Support Then select the Group, DAZ Sales. We will help you from there.
I submitted a ticket. Also, I still am waiting for a refund on some items that were duplicate purchases (submitted 6 days ago). Thanks!

No email here either, double checked and submitted a ticket. The only thing I can see is that I bought the majority of the items in the various bundles at the time. Anyone else?
Yep, I got most but not all in bundles. Some I bought individually.
All mine were bundles except for the original four
