Morphing and Posing a figure at the same time.

Hi! This is my first post. It's very rare because I never ask question and I find in this forum all that I need... but this time I haven't found anything to resolve my problem. I have been a poser user and recently I have moved to daz studio, because of the new genesis 3 models and the wonderful iray rendering system. When I worked on poser my favourite instrument was the Morphing Tool that allowed little editing operations on the morphs of the characters. I haven't found anything like this on daz studio, there's only the D-Former which I find very very difficult to handle.
So, here's my situation. I have this scene: on the same figure the right hand is grabbing its left arm ("Left Shoulder" on daz). Ok.
I would like to create small "dimples" on the left arm under each right hand finger, like could happen in reality. Some micro morphs editing operations pratically. And at the same time I need to pose the right hand to observe where I have to "dig" in the left arm skin (the distance between each dimple has to coincide with the distance between each finger). I've tried zbrush but I've seen that you cannot pose an exported obj but you can only modify its mesh. Do you know if I can realize this endeavour through hexagon or any other tools? ;)

I would think the most likely tool for this would be to add a Push Modifier (from Edit>Figure>Geometry), add a Push Modifier Weight node (from the Create menu) and then use the Node Weight paint Brush tool to paint on the influence weights (selected in Tool Settings pane) to let the modifier affect the areas you wanted dented in. However, I am not sure that there is enough resolution in the arm mesh to show individual finger marks at all.
thanks for your help, unfortunately, as you said, I've found that the distance between the mesh vertexes is too wide for that editing..so never mind ;)
