What OS and security software are you using?  Did you install PostgreSQL CMS before the content?

    Windows vista no security

I have never heard of PostgreSQL CMS

    where do you find it?

    thanks for answering

It should appear in DIM -- it's a separate install package from the main Daz Studio package.

What does DS show in Edit > Preferences > CMS?

  • HogyoHogyo Posts: 59

    it shows roaming/DAZ 3D/cms

    port 17237

I have checked the cms folder is present where expected..

If you go to that folder, does cmscfg.json show the same path and port?

    Thanks for your time.

What do you means it does not show anything to me!

Do you have that file?  If you open it in a text editor it should have the path and port number being used.

Okay, it looks like there are leftover copies of each item pointing to an incorrect location.  Go to the Content Library pane and click on the icon with 3 horizontal lines in the upper corner of the pane > "Scan Known Direrctories for Files".  That should clear out the invalid entries.

There is a situation like this for Macintosh users. You might want to look at the above thread. Various situations are discussed. I realize you are on Windows, not a Mac, but still . . .

There's also this, from the DAZ help desk, that may help: https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/207812393-PostgreSQL-Connection-Error-and-No-Smart-Content
