Questions concerning game developer licenses

Do game developer licensces (indie and commerical) have an expirations date or do they last forever?
After buying a license, why does its store page let you buy it again instead of stating that you already purchased this item?
Can a license be used for an unlimited number of video game projects/releases or just one?
Comments
You need to check the licenses, as they all tend to be different. Stonemason, for instance, the indie license is valid for a single game, and many other PAs are the same or limit the license to a definite number of games.
I think so, but it does mean that you are limited to using Daz Original models, no PA stuff. If in doubt check with Tech Support by filing a help ticket.
I purchased first the indie and a bit later the commercial game developer license for DAZ Originals.

In all the writing back and forth with support the impression that both game licenses for DAZ Originals are unlimited for any number of projects until the day I die I was the remaining impression.

- One more thing that is not directly visible on the product page but confirmed by support:
In addtion to "games" those game licenses currently also cover Virtual Reality (VR) Augmented Reality and holographic 3d renderings.
For two dimensional VR images like stereocubes you do not need a game license because it is just a rendered 360 degree 2d image.

Side Note:
- As far as I understand it now DAZ3D actually bought out all the products run under the DAZ Originals label.
This means the artists got paid once for those products and will not raise any future claim towards DAZ or the purchaser of the license no matter how the products are used.
-> This seems to make it possible to offer more generous terms like unlimited use for DAZ Originals.

-> But yes, if in doubt better check with support again...

Now it seems that nearly every item in this website's store has an "Interactive License", and a publisher's licenses for Indie Game Development and Commerical Game Development are no longer for sale.
If I were to buy an Interactive License for a bundle of items, does this mean that I won't have to buy an Interactive License for each individual item in the bundle?
Also, now that there are Interactive Licenses, does this mean that purchased publisher's licenses for Indie Game Development and Commerical Game Development - such as the the Daz3D "Indie Game Developer License" and the Zev0 "Indie Game Developer License" - are now null and void, or are they still valid?
Yes, they've switched to individual licenses.
The bundle license will cover all assets in it.
They're still valid, as mentioned in the EULA.
Thank you, Leana.
If there is a bundle license it will cover all parts of the bundle.
The old licenses for a PA, if you have one, still apply under the original terms.
I have some stuff in my product library that does not have an interactive license, nor a product page. Can I use that stuff for making a 3D video game made with Unreal Engine or Unity?
I have already asked Daz support about such items without an interactive license.
The answer is no. You cannot use such items for making a 3D video game with Ureal Engine or Unity.
Daz support says, that it depends entirely on the creator of the asset, if they provide interactive license or not.
