Newbie question - how save scene to browser and include atmosphere and camera settings?

Really basic question.  How do you save a Carrara scene to the scene browser and include the atmosphere and the saved multiple camera position settings?  I have always just saved my scenes with "save as" to a disc folder.  Is there a drag-and-drop to the scene tab that includes everything?  So far, I have oly been able to group everythign in the instances tab and drag that to the folder.  That doesn't include all scene elements, which have their own save preset options.

Have you tried doing a Save As to the actual folder the scene browser shows? (Documents/Daz 3D/Carrara 8.5/My Presets/My Scenes/ )

Edit: don't forget to tick the render preview option, or it won't have an icon.
