Substance Painter Inverted Normals?

Anyone working with Substance Painter?
Seems my normals are inverted. Looks fine in SP, even rendered via Iray. But once I export them and get them to Studio, they are definetly inverted.

Exporting as 32 bit TIFF yields correct normals where 16 bit PNG does not.
Anyone know why that is?
There are two kinds of normal maps that susbtance creates. You need the opengl if I remember correctly.
