Thanks for your patience today.

Our network service provider experienced an outage that impacted some of our site servers. As a result, we experienced a partial site outage where some customers could not get to the site at all and it was slow for others.

The problems have now been resolved and we apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Thanks for the update - I was afraid that the whole DOS was starting up again.

Just glad it wasn't the computer that was already causing me some problems today. I was beginning to wonder if the entire computer had gone into meltdown.

Thanks for the update. I thought you worked on the site and it was down for that reason. So it was not you - good to know.

It sure was a surprise when I couldn't get to this site. I even went to other sites just to make sure it wasn't my computer having the headache.
