What the heck just happened?

Alright guys, I really need your help here. I was using the aniMATE 2 timeline when I went back to the "characters, props, and models" or whatever it's called menu. (This is on 4.5 by the way.) When I did that, I couldn't find any fiqures, but I saw gun magazines, bullets, and new sets. What happened? How do I go back there? Please Help!

    I can't tell from your description what has happened, it would be much better to post an image of the problem.

    If you are looking as the Smart Content pane, items appear there which will fit the model you have selected in the Scene pane. It also depends on the Content Management Service running. If you are on Windows, the Task Manager should tell you if it is running

    You could always try reloading your layout by going to Window > Workspace > Select Layout, change to one of the other layouts, and then change back to your own again to see if that fixes it.
