unable to download 3D Bridge add-on

Every time I try to put 3D Bridge into my card I get the message "The maximum quantity allowed for purchase is 1" yet I have nothing in my cart and nothing in my downloads - I don't seem to have anything on my computer either that would indicate I'd downloaded it before - any suggestions?

    Make sure that you are logged into the store before you add products to your cart.

    IF you add another, different product to your cart it should then show up the first item you added, then you can delete the item you don't need.

    Do you mean the 3D Bridge for Photoshop?

    If yes, it is included in DAZ Studio 4. Just reset your download for DAZ Studio 4 and you will find it in your downloadable items.
