Ok...so we had a sneak peek of this character last week....but it will be out this week on its proper schedule ;)

The sum of its parts is sometimes more than it's whole.
With this set you can explore all the separate parts of your genesis figure.
Have a date with a guillotine?
Need some food for your zombie?
How about a battlefield amputation?
This set is designed to used with ANY texture that can be applied to genesis, for maximum usability!

    Not to be a pain but we need a violence tag. That was scary stuff.

    I assumed a title like "Severed Man" should be a good indicator or potential grossness LOL

    Wow, looks great! Seems like this could also be used for manakins, yes? And (not a deal-breaker for me, but you did say 18 parts) is there a waist bisection?

    I've edited the title to add [Gore] as a warning. DAZ is allowing a bit more gore in this thread, but (once you have the product and are able to render) please exercise some restraint in what you post directly - if an image is markedly violent or gory please post a link to the image hosted on Deviant Art or the like, with the flags set there.

    No, I avoided the waist because there would be more going on there than a simple end cap could illustrate. Unlike arms and legs which are just meat and bone there is a whole slew of organs that would spill out.

    You say that like it's a bad thing. :lol:

    Although I realize it'd go beyond the scope you intended, including the option (however end-cappy) would let people attempt gut-spilling enhancements of their own. Still, it looks lovely (for certain values of "lovely"), and destined to become a much-appreciated product.

    Maybe you should release it in more parts ... :) . The only thing, that disturbed me is that the cuts are to sharp. All the cuts looks like as they are done with a knife. I don't think, that a Zombie think first to use a knife to cut an arm from his victim. I find the parts of the body should also kinda looked like torn out.

    That is true for zombies...but there are many other uses that had to be taken into account, Such as Battles with the Highlander, amputations, even for use as statues with limbs broken off. There are more uses for a straight cut than there are for a torn one. So that was the reason for my decision...plus a cut can very easily be messed up in post work so it still could work for zombies as well.
