Daz is NOT rendering visible items fully! Missing/invisible Spots

It seems to be choosing what it wants to render and what it doesn't. I got the Jungle Construction kit recently and put together the following, lovely Iray scene...

It's lovely until you realize the base of the back plant set is *missing entirely*.
However there is NO reason why it should not be rendering. It's there as evidenced below in the screenshot of my viewport.
Someone please tell me I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. I've had it happen before with another product though not I cannot remember what it was. But the other day Iray did render another plant for me, only to have a section of it render completely black!!

Switch draw floor off in the Iray render settings.
Yes, especially if there is a real floor. Odd things can happen to things below the 'drawn' floor.

I just loaded Jungle Construction in 4.8 and 4.11 Beta, installed with DIM, and it works fine, no errors. But there is no water in that kit, so are you talking about the same product?
