School Uniform

Hi I am looking for a prim and proper smart school uniform where the shirt collar buttons right up and the neck tie is fastened properly, from what I have seen the collar is always casual looking with the top button undone.

Does anyone know if such a product exists or if anyone would be prepared to make me one with a realistic looking school shirt.

The uniforms all have a properly tied version, though they don't have any bottom right at the collar (as can be seen in the additional promo images).

alternately, you could kitbash, for example taking a men's suit shirt&tie, and combine it with one of the school uniforms, like http://www.daz3d.com/h-c-business-suit-b-for-genesis-3-male-s

I never knew you could kitbash, so if I did that I assume the shirt would fit a female character?

Genesis 3 Female includes an autofit clone for Genesis 3 Male -- how well it converts can vary based on the clothing item and the morphs you're using.

Kitbashing is very well possible. For example, here's a render for Genesis G2F, using the HC Suit A shirt, and tie, for G2M. I left the pokethrough in the render, so you can see the problem zones (there's also one at the shoulder that has massive pokethrough), but you can easily adjust the opacity/cutout opacity map that comes with the suit.

In this case, I did not use the "collision item: shirt" option for the jacket, as the jacket arms bulged very badly to fit the shirt's shape.Also, you might want to look into "Fit Control" to get rid of the "valley between the breasts", unless your school girl is really flat chested.
