Install manager won't install on new iMac

I just got a new Mac and tried installing the Install manager but all I get is error messages each time I try. I have the Sierra OS btw.
I also can't see anywhere on my Mac whether its a 32-bit or 64-bit for downloading Daz Studio. I had 64-bit on my Windows PC, but not sude which version to download for the Mac.

What, exactly, is the error message you're getting?
I guess that is teh BitRock installer failing with some new security in 10.12 that you only see on a clean machine. I guess it's creating /Applications/Daz 3D library that fails (been before). You can see what fails if you look in console.app at the system.log
But I recommend creating the library manually and also in in ~/Documents/DAZ 3D (Your home /Documents)
It's a whole screen of errors which I have no way of understanding what its saying.
I'm having this problem as well. A huge long script and I don't know how to read it.
Im getting this too, thinking its sierra because ive upragaded and now having this problem.
I was seeing this trying to reinstall DAZ3DIM on a fresh macOS Sierra install today. My crash log looked a lot like teechurz', but Totte's post got me wondering whether creating a "DAZ 3D" folder in /Applications before running the installer would fix the crash. So I tried it... and it worked.
DIM is 32-bit application. It will not run on Mac OS High Sierra, and manual installs are
time-consuming. Sierra is a new OS, but the servers are buzzing with millions of users,
anyone with a 64-bit machine can use it. That means great numbers of Mac users will be
unable to use DIM and unlikely to buy content from the Daz Store.
Daz did such a good job with version 4.10 It's much faster, and iRay is behaving well. I
hope they pull a 64-bit DIM out the hat soon, because Daz can only lose business and
new users.
High Sierra still runs 32-bit apps. It's the next version which is dropping 32-bit support.
I guess you're right Fixmypcmike. Just the same, DIM died immediately after installing Sierra. At the same time, my outgoing mail connection also died. This might be a problem with security settings blocking ports previously used by both apps. It does seem improbable that two programs that connect to the outside
world decided to fail at the same time. I hate to spend time chasing these problems; Apple may be publishing errant code in Sierra.
DIM is up an running again. If you use a Virtual Private Network to communicate with your place of work, this might be problem. When I shut mine off, DIM and my outgoing mail server began working just fine. A third communication based program, Mac App Store, was also disabled--could not connect to the store. That's working too. What tipped me off is two-factor authentication. Apple asked for athentication twice on the same machine--VPN may be confusing the security routine. Web browsers were working just fine.
I'm glad DIM is working again. I had planned to remove several large apps, and you really need DIM to do this. Also, manually installing new content on a Mac reminds me of getting a root-canal (but it's a smooth operation on Win 10).
If you run a VPN, switch it off and see what happens.
the mentioned above is true, you have to manually create this folder and it will install DAZ3DIM_1.1.0.74_Mac32 on 64bit High Sierra (10.13.4)
I cannot install DAZ 3D in Mac OS High Sierra. Error - The comntents of DazCentral_1.0.0.15_Win64.exe cannot be extracted with the Unarchiver.
