Favorites don't save

Do favorites save reliably in the latest versions of DS? And for that matter, does everyone else have the same problem with favorites not saving reliably in older versions of DS (I'm still using 4.8)? Sometimes they get saved, sometimes they don't. Which makes them pretty much broken, on my end; no sense going to all that trouble to really make use of them, if they're lost half the time.

I'd like to see a preset format designed to save favorites. They can be a huge time-saver if you set them up properly, but it can also take a substantial time investment to set them up.

    Scene (and scene subsets) saves are the only one I know to (supposedly) work.

    As I recall a Character preset and - I think - a Wearables preset should also work.

    Wearables is interesting, I didn't know that. Never would have guessed. Character makes sense, but I don't use them. They load reeeally slowly for me.
