    Very nice.

Was it days? Try it with caustics too - that'll definitely be days!

    Beautiful!

Why so many particle systems? I can understand 2 or three for this but 6 seems excessive.

Here's the procedural shader for Genesis 2 female base,. it's still using the base eyelashes,. (Bree)

    https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/7907045/G2F_dedskin.cbr

In the texture map version,. I've added some eyebrows,. and painted the lips a little bit,.

In the procedural shader,. there are a few gradients that can be easily changed to alter what the skin looks like,. aliens to demons etc..

I originally just had two: one with sticky metaballs and one with smaller, bouncy spheres, but they were only colliding with one of the spheres and just falling right through the other two.  Making a separate copy of the particle generators for each sphere fixed it.

Ah, I understand now - I was thinking you meant six for each sphere! Two per sphere makes a lot more sense.

you could have rendered just one sphere and two emitters then postworked the other two in with different hues!

    just saying

or replicated them and used Phil/s randomiser shader cheeky

Nice of you to credit me, but it's Sparrowhawke who actually did the coding! But it was done at my request and I helped with testing etc.

LOL - yes - I thought of just doing one and copying it in post right around the time (somewhere near hour 20 of the render) that I noticed I had the yellow sphere in the middle and the green one on the right when I intended the reverse - I had to reverse them in photoshop, which is why there are some weird color shifts on the ground, where I missed spots because I was zoomed in too far while working.

I won't tell you how long this took to render but it has six particle systems with water shaders with refraction and reflection, so you can probably take a guess. :)

But you also have a render farm now.....

Slow at this end, but I finally figured it out.  FJ Holden, an Aussie car manufactured by Holden (with GM?) from the 50's..  Really nice work there.

I look forward to it being availablle in your Daz store very soon. smiley
