This is so weird with DS 4.9 2 and 4.9.3

Well, I had to go back to the previous DS version, which is 4.9.2.70 because I had issues with 2 products that did not work in the new DS 4.9.3.. One is the Infinite Cove that comes with the Renderstudio Base and the second is the Everyday Updo hair from OOT where the hairblending behaves odd in terms of not blending ...
Anyways, all was fine, back to old version when suddenly the Dynamic tablecloth would not load at all and my Dynamic cloth pane went missing.
So I reinstalled the dynamic cloth plugin but nothing, the tablecloth would still not at all load, not to be seen in the scene tab nor the viewport...
So I had to uninstall 4.9.2 and have to use the new version which has still a lot of bugs..
Can someone maybe help as in why the dynamic tablecloth will not load ...
Is this a way of forcing us to use the new version?
I done NOTHING to the program that could have result in all of this.
I really do not like the new version at the moment.
Has anyone else noticed anything like this, in terms of items that always worked suddenly do not?

Did you reinstall the matching version of the Dynamic Cloth Plugin? (It needs to match the version of DAZ Studio you have installed)
Yes, I did install the matching version, but it started with the dynamic tablecloth not working. All very odd.

I shall try again in the morning because aslong as the 4.9.3 has bugs I do not want to use it if I do not have to.
I put a ticked in for the hair and the Infinite Cove but I am sure it takes a while until they get back to me since it is the weekend.
Now the uninstaller does not work says I do not have an app that does the uninstall when it is an uninstaller exe.
By now I am so fed up wiith it all :(

I don't think we can. We would have to not install the update. Once the update has been installed, I can't find a way to uninstall it and do an older version install, which would also mean we'd need the older version of the plugins for it as well. That's probably what's going on. You dynamic clothing plugin is for the 4.9.3 and it won't work wtih the 4.9.2.
The Dynamic clothing plugin is not the problem right now , I just can not uninstall Daz Studio, the uninstaller is not working.
I tried with DIM but that does not work either, I still have the studio installed even if I use DIM.
Going to the actual folder to use the uninstaller exe tells me that that there is no such app on my PC.
Now I am stuck.
What do I do now , I really want to uninstall this new version and put the old back on.

I think the issue with OOT hairs has been reported, I'm not sure about Infinity Cove - you can always make a report anyway http://www.daz3d.com/help/help-contact-us . With luck there will be an update, for the product or to DS, to address the issues.

I was told it would be tested , The Lady was Emmalee * I think that was her name * :)
Now I wanted to re install 4.9.2.70 but it says , that version of studio is older and they need to uninstall the current version , than an error message comes telling me that they can not find an uninstaller.
I must have messed up cos I remember it told me, near finishing installing the new version that no uinstaller can be created and if I want to proceed.. of course I click OK instead of cancel.. now I am stuck :(
Hmm, in the past it has allowed us to isntall over the top of an existing installation - it isn't recommended but if nothing else you should then be able to do an uninstall on that version and hope to get a clean result with the next install.
This is what I keep on trying, but it tells me that the version * I want to install a the older version * is older and needs to uninstall the current one.. than it says it can not proceed ...
I tried over Program / features on windows but the studio is not even listet as installed, so can not uninstall that way.
If I uninstall via DIM it is still there in my programfiles .
Ok, I fixed it.
Since it was a * ghost * really I just grabbed the DAZ3d folder from the program files, chucked it and voila, I could install the old 4.9.2.70 fresh and now it has working unstallers too.
Okay, now I am scared, I am still working with 4.8 and bought some garments but they will only work in 4.9.2. however, I only have the 4.9.3 to install, so I either don't use my new products or hope that my new update works with everything else. Freaking out.
Nothing should be that specific in its version requirement - it may mean 4.9.2+, though even that seems unlikely. Which set(s) was it?
