No, you have two - and two conversion utilities (which take a Valentina database and attempt to produce a PostgreSQL database from it, though Valentina is prone to corruption (hence, at least in part, the switch to PostgreSQL) so the process may fail. You need to run the conversion tool (it isn't actually an installer, it does itss tuff while "installing") once and you need one version of PostgreSQL installed (installing the other will uninstall the first).
