Question about the Daz installer

Hi all. I guess this is the right place to ask this. Anyhow..does the installer also install the Poser files as well as the DS ones? Or do I install them manually? This is a new hard drive I am using and have not installed Poser on it yet..just wondering

    For what? DIM will isntall (and show) what you tell it to - if there are separate packages for Poser and for DS then you will have to select both. Or do you mean Connect inside DS? That will isntall Poser format content, but not in a place that Poser can usually acess it and it doesn't yet work with the fourth generation Daz figures.

    Well that was what I was wondering about..if it would install properly. From what you are saying,,I should probably manually install to Poser for ptoper access.. Thanks Richard

    DIM will install Poser files anywhere you tell it to.  Connect installs to individual sub-folders within the Conect library for every product which is why it won't work for Poser or the DAZ Gen 4 figures.
