...I guess that's better than being known as Sir Loin of Beef.

...OK in a goofy mood after watching the Academy Awards while quaffing a pitcher of fine handcrafted IPA. Sundays are 10$ pitcher days at my favourite corner brewpub.

,...just threw a live grenade of a journal entry into the DA site.

Maybe it is a stupid move but it had to be said.

Most likely will lose a number of watchers because of it.

I just found out when you call DAZ it goes through a phone service and not an office connected with DAZ. So if you ask to speak with a manager they can not do that because they are not in the same office. It is just an answering service that lets DAZ know you called and they are not able to help in any way with any problem other than letting DAZ know. Now that's just stupid.

or very very clever considering the number of complaints!
putting in a ticket with Cust support a better option anyway

Maybe your experience has been better with the ticket system, but I have always had instant success with the phone whereas it has always been an extremely slow turnaround submitting a ticket. With the ticket it can be a back and forth for several emails and with the phone the questions are asked and answered right then and there. Of course that is not possible any longer with the new phone (so-called) support. Not wanting a debate, just saying from personal experience.

I have been lurking a bit lately, messing with the DIM, which is becoming a love hate relationship, and doing a bit of organizing. Thank you for the concern. I'll try to keep in touch on a more regular basis.

    Gah! :ahhh:
Whew...it was only a dream. I dreamed DAZ made changes to their website that ticked a lot of people off and generated a bunch of whining that seemed like it would never end and...What? It wasn't a dream?
    Gah!! :ahhh:

I sometimes think that DAZ 3D should adopt this song as their theme tune (I didn't really say that out loud did I?)
