Having problem reinstalling V4.2 programs,M4 programs

Hey guy and girls,

I built a new desktop and I am using a 256GB SSD, and a 2TB HHD. I reinstalled DAZ 4.5 Pro on my C:\drive 256GB and my documents for content to my E:\drive 2TB. But when I try to install V4.2 base or any of the morph ++ or M4 base, morph++ I get this. Can someone tell me why this is happening.

Windows 8? You may need to use Compatibility Mode.
