I actually have and Posermatic has some more stuff coming out for Genesis. I'm honestly feeling good about what I have available (well, I will once your new pack is released!) but then again, I'm sure I will change my mind when something new comes out that I decide I want!

I was frustrated when Genesis came out because you couldn't control things the way this new product will allow. I was also frustrated that we didn't get many good morphs for things like breast size. Even S4 has less options for this compared to S5. Now we have several good options, so it really is less of an issue.

Man, does that woman ever sleep? It seems like she's been putting out a new product every other day lately.

That said, she'll no doubt add glutes, stomach and lip morphs for V5 eventually, and I'll no doubt pick them all up (you can NEVER have too many morph packs, and anything that might encourage I13 to make more Genesis sets is a good thing) but Zev's does set looks a lot more all encompassing.

Lol she never sleeps. I look forward to seeing what else she has planned for Genesis. Hope its not just re-released products from v4.

Just tested it and works great with my set. Downside is, her morphs impacts both breasts and cannot be controlled separately:(

Yep. What did I tell you? Ironman just put up her Glute morphs for Genesis. Wooooo. I can Seeeee the Future! http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/index.php?ViewProduct=97598

Still getting yours, of course, Zev, but it never hurts to have options.

And for the great Cybersoxo's next predictions: The sun will come up in the morning, Congress will vote themselves another pay raise, the networks will cancel your favorite new show after four episodes and DAZ will release Studio 6, causing half your plug-ins to go wonky. Woooooo!

Too be honest? I think they are unrealistic. Glutes do not move like that. The glute squish morphs are good, but the movement morphs look un-natural. They are being pulled from the wrong surface area almost like a magnet. If you look at the last animated promo you see they become pinched in extreme movements. I don't mean to bring the product down, but I am just being honest. I'll stick with my set thanks:)

I see what you mean. On the other hand, if you just let that last animated image run and play "Turkey in the Straw" in the background, it's mighty darn entertaining.

Worse. Square Dance Music. Older than the hills, and public domain, so it plays constantly under various lyrics: to wit, here's the Animaniacs version, as well as one from the early talkies:

(Just steer clear of the Wiggles version... shudder.)

For those who bought this Product, it had to follow Daz guidelines for morph location.

So the breast movement morphs are located under Torso/Female/Real World/Morph Kits/ G&B Movement and the Glute controls are under Hip/Universal/Real World/Morph Kits/G&B Movement. Originally I had them all in the same location under torso but had to follow guidelines. You will note the location is different on the vid which was an early WIP. I am in the process of creating a new vid with the final product which will show some of the new morphs that were not included during the making of that vid:)

Once again, thank you for your support and if you have any questions, post them here or PM me and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

I'm curious as to why they're shaping morphs and not pose morphs. I'm not saying it's wrong that they're not pose morphs, I just personally don't understand.

Pose morphs typically refer to limb and head movements. Any thing else is filed under 'shaping'. The idea is to keep certain types of morph in a specific place so that they're easier to locate when you need them. Not always possible in practice, but it's a good theory at least. My guess is that they're under shaping because effectively that's what you're doing. You're 'reshaping' the breasts to flatten them up against a surface or to obey gravity, same with the buttocks. Pure speculation, of course, but that's my take on it.

The problem is this: they are designed to work with poses, and impermanent. Since you can use these as part of a pose preset, they are more useful as pose controls rather than shaping morphs. It makes creating pose presets a royal pain in the ass if you have to search out these morphs out of hundreds to enable them when creating a pose preset.

Bottom line is this: if it involves movement, it should be a pose control and not a shaping morph. (that goes for Iris size as well, by the way!)

My simplistic interpretation has always been that things with bones get posed, while things without bones get shaped. A bra shapes and lifts, for example, whereas you pose your arms and legs. No idea if that's the actual rationale, but it seems logical.

I will actually ask Daz about this. I know they have certain guidelines of where morphs must be saved.

    Hi Zev0 -

I purchased the Glute and breast Control for Genesis but the pdf of the tutorial goes to a page that can't be found.

    Thanks,

    paula

Originally I had them all in the same location under torso but had to follow Daz guidelines. If you want you can open the morphs in notepad++ and modify the location where they will appear in the shaping tab.

If you don't know how to do this I will make a quick and easy tutorial...It's very easy to do:)

It's much faster to change the locations of groups via the Property Editor and saving all changes to assets (so long as you're absolutely certain you've only changed what you wanted to change).

Lol my property editor takes 15 min to load up with all the morphs I have on Genesis and in that time I would be done doing it manually through notepad:) But yes it can also be done that way.
