    NOTICE!....

Sorry I have not been in here lately. Been busy in real life with an injury I received on my left ankle. I opened a carosel of new DVDs, 100 count, and took one out...then I screwed the top part back on, but it didn't screw on correctly and when I let the bottom go, the carosel fell out with all 99 DVDS and landed at an angle on my left ankle. The edges of the discs are very sharp like a knife blade, and it cut off a huge hunk of my skin...about three layers deep. Completely cut it off. I had to go to the hospital and have it attended to. The pain I was in all last week was tremendous. The bandages stick to the open wound and it kills me to have to tear them off to replace then daily. Just so much pain...some of the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I contacted the store I bought them from and they inspected the carosel and said it was find, that it was my careless mistake....and it was. I wasn't paying attention to what I was doing.

So, a heads up to you folks...be careful when dealing with large bundles of discs, the are heavy and will cut you to the bone if dropped on you.

I WANT TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE A HOST LINED UP FOR FEBRUARY! WE NEED SOMEONE.

    :-)

I will offer to host for February.

Yikes. Hope you recover quickly Music2u4u.

Maybe this will help. It helped me when I would get tired after hours of physical work. I would tell myself this and continue on working without needing breaks....
The new age method for dealing with the pain.... Think about the movie the Matrix, if you've seen it.. Do you think that's air your breathing.
Of course, you have to believe which I certainly do.

    Who will be next?
A little girl outside playing with her toys in the backyard, having a pretend talent show with her toys. Which one will win third place? Will someone show off a new skill that will topple the leader? Right now the horse is in the lead, and dog is in second, does Mr. Giraffe have something up his sleeve? What about the dinosaur? Of course her cat is doing what all cats do, supervising!

So sorry Music on your accident. I don't know if this would work for you but when I was experiencing the monthly curse a friend told me to take Magnesium and that would help the pain. To my surprize it did. Those months that I was lazy I noticed my pain tolerance was a lot lower. So go eat some bran muffins with chocolate chips, almonds and pumpkin seeds.

Some really nice renders being submitted. Way to go guys.

Impossible Pet Tricks: Jump Goldie; Jump!

    Main figure and clothing: Decoco

The room & furnishings were from the 2010 DAZ PA's 24 Days of Christmas

The ring is a DS primitive torus with George Haze's Ultimate Shader Pack Brass metal shader applied to it.

The Toonimal Goldfish and goldfish Bowl were part of DS2's (or DS3's) included content.

Lighting: 4 spotlights aimed down to simulate a ceiling light and one distant light for overall lighting.

Not a classic pet, no. :-) The girl may have to do some fetching, or at least tugging, half of the game seems to be get the thrown object off the animal after throwing it. :smirk:
