Is the new "Le Faufourg" by Faveral only good for DS 4.5?

Reason why I asked is that I cannot make DS 4.5 work without crashing every 2 minutes on my Mountain Lion OS X 10.6.8,
I have to switch back to DS 4. T_T

The DAZ Studio files are in DUF format which means that only DAZ Studio 4.5 or higher will be able to read them. HOWEVER, There is a full Poser version of the set and that will load into DAZ Studio 4 but without DS Mats those you would have to tweak.
