DazConnect - Wheres my stuff(all and available tabs, some content missing)?

I have build another computer and rather then coping over my old libraries, I thought I'd try Daz Connect and start fresh.
It refuses to show most purchases in the all or available tabs. How does one refresh this?

Example:Hex Arcanum is not in there, lots of MFD expansions are not there.
I thought this was supossed to simplify things..
Should I just go back to DIM as on my last machine?

Where does daz connect map the content to.... where does daz studio's content manager says they are (two questions0? Until those two are reconciled. you won't be able to see your stuff....
The mapping is all default. It's only random things that are not showing up when on the all or available tabs. Most of my content is there.
The mapping for the CMS or DazConnect? My guess is that you have an improperly populated CMS i.e... the libraries and runtimes are not properly mapped out. Her is what a properly mapped out one looks like: http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/comment/2061126/#Comment_2061126 This is how Daz Studio know what is supposed to go into each folder and where the product is.... the trick is that there is now a new folder for Daz Connect called Daz Connect Data whose location has to map to the data folder that Daz Connect installs to. In short, Daz Connect installs products to a content library with its own data folder. Daz Studio looks for the content libraries and runtimes that you tell it to needs to have the data folder and content library that Daz Connect installs to mapped.
Content installed with Daz Connect is visible on the Smart Content Tab and also in the Daz Format Content Library under Daz Studio Formats>DAZ Connect
You can also manually create Shortcuts from the Smart Content Tab to the traditional Daz Studio Formats>My Library (or whatever you name your My Library). I posted a quick tutorial with a visual here..What's nice is that you can reorganize the folders/shortcuts using your Computer's OS without breaking metadata. You can even create shortcuts of Poser Format content, if it's visible on the Smart Content tab, into your Daz Studio Formats content l ibrary.
It is all DazConnect and is mapped properly.
My issue is with the all and available tabs where your content is grayed out if it's not downloaded, that's where the content is missing( purchased content is not visible here for many items) All the items I have downloaded in Connect are properly shown in the installed tab.
I've updated the title to more clearly define the issue
If a product icon is grey'ed out, it's not installed. I go to the Available sub-tab, select one or more product icons, right click and select "Install".
Some items, such as the fourth generation Daz figures, are not currently compatible with Connect and so will not show as available.
This is for a lot of newer items like
Hex Arcanum for Genesis 3 Female(s) and star 2.0. They are not available I had to do offline connect packages to install.
is it just easier to go back using dim?
If they have offline installers they certainly should show in Connect. Are you using the Install pane, or Smart Content's Products tab, with All Products selected on the left?
I have tried both the smart Content tab( all, available) and the Install tab(available).

Note: If you don’t see your content, try turning off the "Filter By Context" option referenced in 2b.
It seems to be missing certain items. and the sort by order date in either tab to not match my product library sort by(which is accurate). It seems totally random..
Its really frustrating to d/l offline the items that do not show up
You may need to open a support ticket, I think.
