Attention Ironman13!

I don't know how else to contact you.

I absolutely love your work, especially your poses!

Can you please do an add-on for your G3 retail uniform shirt?  Many public safety 9-1-1 centers have similar uniforms.  Can you convert (or let me know how I can convert) one of the emblems to a "9-1-1 Public Safety Communications" emblem.

Now, about your poses, awhile back, DAZ3D had a contributor named 3Don or Don, who did some excellent poses for earlier Victoria and Michael figures. He did pose packages for law enforcement, military , lifeguard and medic/nurse poses.  Could you do pose packages like these, for the G3 figures?  This is important to me,d as I am a retired 9-1-1 operator, and enjoy creating images for public safety profressionals.

Thank you in advance!

Debbie

  • According to the product description the emblems are Iray decals - you should be able to edit their Surface properties to swap in a different image and possibly mask

  • What I have been told, Daz set it up to where you have to contact them, and then they contact the artist on your behalf with whatever questions you might have. I've had to contact artists before this way. I guess it's their way to prevent spam or harassment.

It's a pain to not be able to contact a vendor directly. Often I just find them at another site and email them there.

Why? If it's about an issue you're having with the product, it's often better to post on the forums to see if others that own it are having issues too, then contact DAZ with this information. This is because if multiple people are having the same issue and the issue is due to something the PA doesn't have access to (not all PAs use DAZ Connect, for example), there isn't anything they specifically can do about it if you contact them directly.

Also, not a few problems are solved or worked around by the community before customer service

Sometimes it's not an issue with a product that might cause you to want to contact a PA
