Photometric lights

I keep seeing photometric lights mentioned in tutorials. Are they supposed to come with 4.9 or is it something I need to purchase?

If Iray is the current render engine then the base DS lights have a switch in their parameters to turn on Photometric mode. Iray and 3Delight lights were separate items in a very early public beta of DS 4.8 but were then made into a single item that adapts.
