I was going to suggest that there be a way to save a scene as a bundle or export so someone else with Daz could open it up.

But then I figured the piracy issue was too steep.

Better then, that EACH ARTIST would already own all the materials and only the session would be exchanged.
And since we can do that now....it's not really worth worrying about.

 

So I guess the question is, does anyone here collaborate? Maybe someone does the people, someone else does the environment, someone else do the lights and render?

Might be an interesting service for those with slow computers- maybe Daz (or an enterprising artist) could set up a rendering service.

you can indeed share a duf scene file you saved

its the whole idea of the format

the others using it will get grey cubes for any content they do not own.

Ahhhhhhh.....  wickedly clever. See, in audio you don't send the session, you send the audio/wave files.

In Daz that would surely be illegal.
