Morphing Fantasy Dress (MFD) Fit Problems

Guys,

I purchased the MFD for Genesis a while back and I've been struggling with it, off and on, ever since. The basic problem is that it doesn't fit my Victoria 5 very well below the waist.

I've exchanged a few notes with the DAZ help desk and their suggestions are to fiddle with the numerous morphs and also with the "cones that float about the dress". Does anyone know what they mean by this?

Neither the DAZ Studio manual or the instructions that come with the MFD are any help on account of the fact that there isn't any manual or any instructions.

Any advice you can give on taming the beast that is the MFD would be much appreciated.

Cheers,

Alex.

The cones are the way the body handles are shown on older versions of the MFD - handles being extra bones that help with arranging skirts and such. The Genesis MFD doesn't have any markers for its skirt bones, and doesn't have as many of them as older versions unfortunately, but they are there as children of the Pelvis.

Thanks for the fast response. I am now going to have another wrestle with the beast.

How do I get those cones to vanish? They are on my final render. Thanks.

Either click "off" the eye icon in the Scene tab (you may have to open up / search down the list to find them), or move the Opacity slider to zero in the Surfaces tab.
