I have the jumping viewport issue, as well. I tried the hotkey fix and while it helps, like another use, I haven't been able to find a delay value that eliminates the jump. I have also tried various mouse settings (speed, etc.) to no avail. It's frustrating, but I'm not depending on the app for income of any kind, so I live with it

I was having an issue that seemed like this issue. The problem was, I'd click on rotate or one of the other view manipulation tools, and it would jump to some weird point. The scene would flip upside down or jump away from whatever was at the center. The mouse cursor would appear in a different part of the window. I'd had this problem in the past and then it was resolved, but I couldn't remember how I'd fixed it.
So I Googled it again, and this thread is the first one that comes up. But Google also showed me this:
Not DAZ related, or Nvidia, or anything about my system, but it turned out to be the fix.
I have multiple monitors. Windows 10 lets you set them individually to different "zoom levels". The label for this in the Display control panel is "Change the size of text, apps and other items." My main screen was set to 125%. My second screen (where I mostly run DAZ Studio) was set to 100%.
Changed both values to the same % and the problem was gone as soon as I closed the control panel.
DAZ Studio doesn't seem to properly recognize different zoom levels on different monitors. So if your jumping problem is on multiple monitors and nothing else is working for you, give this a shot.
(Tangential rumination: Could the AHK script fix work not because it delays the mouse click, but because it somehow translates the incorrect mouse pointer coordinates to the correct value? Hmmm...)
I've encountered jumping issues for quite some time. Anytime I try manipulating joints on any figure, (wings, Genesis, etc), that figure would begin jumping, sometimes so violently figures would pop completely out of view. After trying suggestions I’ve read, I see no improvement.
I also noticed jumping was worse with joints closer to the figures core, (waist, chest, etc.), and became less problematic for hands, feet, fingers, etc.
Several weeks ago, I happened to activate the Joint Editor listed under the Tools menu tab. All jumping issues stopped. I’ve since been manipulating all joints with Joint Editor activated and haven’t had any jumping issues. NOTE: When I try manipulating joints with any other tool activated in the viewport, (Node Selection, Rotate, Translate, etc.), there a jumping problem.

Have you tried the 4.11.x.x beta version of DS?
Sometimes Google throws you a bone.

in my case i use my main screen at "102 %"
the jump mouse is fixed about 99,5%

I hope this is helpful.
