Super cheese sandwich

I only found this: http://www.daz3d.com/college-classroom   but can't find any hall or campus in iray. Do you know any scene/prop/cloth/buildings related with college/university?

You mean like the outside of a college campus type environment?  I haven't run across one yet.  You might be able to kitbash something with some of the older style buildings in the shop.  It would be an interesting project and you'd definitely have to think outside the box to do.  It could be fun though.

Go to renderosity, search for a vendor called 2nd_World and there are some college related sets.   I'd like to them directly but I gather that's forbidden for some reason.

Have you tried the East Park products? I know you'd have to purchase the Parkside High bits, but it might give you lots of options. Another option might be Interior Corridors. Although not by the same artist it might work. http://www.daz3d.com/interiors-corridors

Maybe if enough people are interested, Polish could be persuaded to make some textures for those products to fit in with his college theme and even his amazing hotel room as well?

TIP: You don't have to limit yourself to props created for a specific render engine, materials can be converted. You can use settings from shaders that are Iray optimized as a starting point.

TIP 2: Colleges and Universities have a large range architectual styles, often even on the same campus. Rather than searching for college specific buildings, you may have better luck looking at various interiors and exteriors that have designs plausible for college buildings and hallways and that match the aesthetic you are going for. Kitsbashing is always a good excercise. (Kitsbashing basically means taking items or parts from different sets and putting them together in new ways)
