installer not working

I hope someone can help me. I recently purchased the celestial hair mega pack and when i click on the installer nothing happens. I made sure to download the pc version and i even tried redownloading them, still nothing. I am using DAZ 4.2 Pro 64 bit on windows home premium addition 64 bit.

I have tried to get help from tech support but have never got a reply from my trouble ticket and frankly i'm frustrated that i paid money for something I can not use and cant get tech help from DAZ.

This is a desperate attempt to get help from someone.
