Loss of file thingie

Hi everyone.  I went to open Studio 4.9 and was informed that I was missing an OpenGL 1.3 file that is required for the program.  I have tried to find this file and replace it with no luck what so ever.  I went to the graphics card manufacturer, downloaded their recommended file, attempted to run it, restarted, and still no luck.  I spoke with another person who had the exact same problem, but they were able to repair their file.  Any suggestions?  Oh, I've already tried reinstalling the program.  That cost me half a gig of download, and it didn't work.  Running out of monthly bandwidth trying to fix this thing, and I'd really like to get back to rendering before the bandwidth runs out comletely.

Thanks,

It's not a missing file, it's the support for OpenGL (a way of passing data to the video card) in your video driver. Does your system have both a GPU on the CPU, as many do, and a separate GPU? If so check that DS is using the separate GPU, not the on-CPU one (which is usually not good for OpenGL and 3D) - you may need to check your system help to learn how to do that.
