Loading Only Parts

Hi friends, like always i pop up with an unusual question as always.
Is there a way to load just hands of victoria4 or genesis, i want to do a set of renders for an indian welcome card.
I know we can hide the parts one by one, its quite tiresome.
Please enlighten me if there is something like "the thing" of adams family is available in market or anyway to do it easily.
for example i'm attaching a pic.
