Texture not loading in iray

I'm using the mil dragon folk. I loaded my figure, posed him, added texture, added uber base shader, test render and I get that weird white head. I have even double checked that the head texture is loaded. I have copied the body surface settings and applied them to the head, which puts teh body texture on the head - then I get a stripe of green - but as soon as I load the face texture map it goes white again..... It's like the texture map file for the head isn't being seen by iray at all.

    Fixed, so if anyone has this question in the future and stumbles on this thread - I opened the texture map in photoshop, then saved it with a new name. That's it, no idea why it wouldn't load with the original file.
