Could not open file error...

error: could not open file: /Runtime/libraries/LB_SeaFloor/LB_Caulerpa06.pp2 File does not exist

This is just one example of quite a few files. I just downloaded and reinstalled this one package Seafloor by LB. I checked and this file does exist. How do I fix this? Thanks.

Did you install with Connect (Smart Content/Install pane) or Install Manager? From where are you loading - Smart Content, Content Library under Poser Formats, or Content Library under Products or Categories?

From the Content Library I am loading from Poser Formats/My Library/Props/LB_Seafloor. It was installed manually originally but reinstalled using DIM yesterday. It still will not load after reinstall with DIM and shows the same file does not exist.

Which product is this? I'm not seeing one called Seafloor in my order history (and of course they aren't in the store any more).

It's an old item still listed in my product library. Wanted it for a small scene I am working on trying to get familiar with Daz Studio again. I I did a search in the store as well you're right it isn't there. However I can still download it. Maybe this is a path issue and needs to be fixed in a text editor. I have forgotten how to do that it's been so long. Anyway the title when it was in the store is;

Opened OK for me, installing with Connect. Uninstalled that, installed via DIM and it works too.

Sorry I'm late getting back to you, caught a cold. Thank you for checking that. I don't know why it isn't working for me. The good news is I got a new computer today and am looking forward to getting Daz Studio installed on it. I am not going to copy over my old content files rather I plan to use connect after I get it installed. Maybe everything will work as it should now. :)
