It'd be cool if PAs tried using more Iray concepts. That is, instead of just converting everything over and tweaking values, consider things like 'do I need all these maps?'
Iray, as a PBR approach, rewards going with fewer maps, and relying more on light calculations than spraying highlights on the surface.
Perhaps something like using grunge maps a bit more creatively, so that perhaps you have 2 or 3 good grunge maps used on a variety of surfaces, rather than 'here's distressed wood, rusty metal, another rusty metal wall, rusty metal walls 3-20, ...'
