Genesis 3 mesh over lap question

So I am trying to make some custom Tattoos Genesis 3 Female... the issue I am having is that I can tell the mesh doesn't line up edge to edge (in this case i am working on the arms), but rather overlaps with the elbow side on top... that said I can't figure out how they line up or where I should be placing each "half" of the tatoo so they will.... any help here would be very appreciated...

    If you try to use the textures as a template, you're right.
    You may search for the UV templates. Put the UV-templates as texture on the character and analyse, where the real transitions are.

    That's the same porcedure for every generation.

    Hmmmm, I'll try that...was kinda hoping some one who knew could just post a screen cap showing it...ah well
