A Confusion of Collisions

I felt a little J.R.R.M. for the thread title....

Anyone know if there's a way to set multiple collision targets for a cloth object?
Seems to me it's be the easiest way to deal with poke thru from lower layers - such as bra n undies showing thru a low cut tank top n jeans.
With enough smoothing, it'd also make a nice way to get an action hero to have a buldge under her jacket from a shoulder holster, or let a skirt go over boots as well as legs.

Not as such, but a geometry shell or invisible body suit might work.

I think I ended up using Dform, but it seems silly that there's no way to set multiple objects as collision targets.
Still getting my head around Dforce, it seems to drape over more objects when they're set as Static items in the simulation,... when I get Dforce to behave :D
