Sparkling Genesis 3 with 3Delight?

Right, wrong or indifferent, I want at least one of my Genesis 3 characters to have sparkling skin but right now I only use 3Delight.   I do not want the whole body to be a disco ball but only the skin that is exposed to sunlight.  Is this possible or do I have to figure out how to do post work?

Might be a stretch, but will Reflective Radiance work for you? It has emissive lights and various lighting presets for 3Delight. Here is the forum thread.
