Viewport background color - How do I control it?

I am using DS 4.5.1 56. Sometimes the background color of my viewport is light blue and other times it is dark gray. What controls that, and how can I set it to the color I want it to be?

Sometimes loading lights or other scenes will change it.

You can reset it again as shown below.

Thank you both! I had searched and searched for this control. I never even noticed that little options menu control by the viewport controls.

    Also,

Edit > Preferences > Scene > Back Ground Color > Ignore Settings

Thanks, I guess that would prevent it from changing once I set a color like. But I guess it would also prevent me from setting and restoring different colors in different scenes now that I know how to set the color.

Thanks for the fix! Something turned my background to pure white....all the time. It was blinding.
