Does Connect work for anyone consistently?

Yet another time I open DS and all the smart content is "greyed out" and wants to d/l again. However scenes already saved open without missing items. WTF does one need to do to get this to work? Is it just easier to go back to manually install everything( or even DIM), as that has worked for the last 10 years. I have a fresh install of W10, and this happens about 1/3 || 1/4 times I open DS

I just built a new graphics box and I've not seen this; Connect is working fine for me. Is your CMS running? Are you running ZoneAlarm firewall (known incompatabilities with PostgreSQL, which the CMS uses as its data store)?
I'll check that, thanks. Give it time and I'm sure you get the same. I just built this and thought I would start fresh and only redownload what need as I had a ~10 year old runtime. As this is my fourth time, seems easy to duplicate, once I install Hex Arcanum through connect or V4/morphs with Dim is when the ruckus starts. It works fine for that session, and maybe the next, then everything is "greyed out" again in smart content.
