How do I replicate colors when seeing values from the surfaces tab?

Over at the Anagenessis 2 thread, trying to get skin looking better.  Somone posted a cap of the values listed in the surfaces tab

But it's not the regular RGB values when you click the picker (0-255).  These are 1-0.  I tried calculator, calculating the % from 255 but that's not it.

What are you trying to change that is not giving you a normal color picker?

It gives me the normal color picker.

The issue is I see a screenshot like attached.  I try to replicate the color, but when I put in the values I can see, the color doesn't match.

Right-click on the number. This will change it to an edit box so you can type a number in. You'll need to do this for each number.

You can also hold down the CTRL key when you click on the color number area to enter the color picker. Then you can enter the values in the range of 0-1.

I did that, on the SSS reflectance tint - and it wasn't very close at all.

Edit:  Guess I'll try it again.

If you want to do the maths. it's just a matter of multiplying by 255 to get the familiar RGB range of values.

OK, it's just me.  The color just doesn't match the screen grab.  I thought a capture would be bypassing any color or gamma correction, apparently I'm wrong.

First I tried the pink SSS in the pic, that one is quite a bit off.  The blueish Translucency color is much closer.
