They should NOT be Shaping Morphs!
If they are shaping morphs, it makes creating Pose Presets a problem and overly difficult.
And IF THE WEBSITE you sell through requires you to put them under SHAPING: STOP SELLING THERE!!!!! If they require that, then they do not understand Genesis and obviously have no desire to.

wancow, please elaborate. Interested in your findings.
Also, could you please cite examples.
I think I am already creating motion morphs (if we're on the same page) the way you would like, but I have no idea about the presets dilemma. I have not tested that far yet.
link?
I will not single anyone out. I'm simply saying that anything that is motion based for Genesis should be under pose controls for this reason:
If you have a motion based morph under Shaping, it makes creating pose presets insanely tedious and time consuming.
I have just been told by one vendor that the website that vendor sells at requires that all morphs be Shaping Morphs or that product will not pass muster. I cannot name the vendor or the website because I do not want to cause any inter-site strife. I do not believe DAZ would have such a silly policy as Genesis is their product and they know what Pose controls are for.
I simply wanted to vent on a particular issue... If I buy a product, I'd like it NOT to be something that creates extra work... :)
OKAY, there is yet another reason why Motion Morphs need to be POSE CONTROLS!
Shaping Morphs CANNOT be SELECTED OR DE-SELECTED in the Save As: Pose Control DIALOG BOX!!!!
So, I have to manually key those on or off before I save an animation!!!!!!
IF they are pose controls, I CAN!!!!
